    XBMCbuntu. =D

    Exactly what I was thinking. Then I saw the pricetag and went back to "Getting a Boxee Box" mode.
  • I think @Soda is onto something here. I've run Windows 7 on an E450, let's just say it's not ideal. This would be a decent solution for XBMCbuntu, but I'd like a slot loading Blu Ray drive and a SSD (I'd take a smaller SSD over an anemic sized 160 GB mechanical drive) and for storage a user could just add an external USB 3.0 disk, or utilize the network. It's really close to being a worthwhile product, just needs a couple tweaks.

    Are there working blu-ray solutions under any flavors of Linux now? And by working, I don't mean the "normal" install lots of random thigns, launch with 5 switches from command line methods.
  • @Tushon - That's a good point. I don't think there are.

    UVD is also useless on Linux. The best XBMC experience with the highest video playback quality is AMD on Windows 7 or 8.

    Still absolutely loving my E350.
