Is there a way to change the theme on my end. In user CP to a much darker layout.

    We are still trying to squash bugs from the merger.

    However, I believe adding a secondary theme is on the list to do! :D

    OK.

    IC Classic (Dark): http://icrontic.com/forum/index.php?styleid=20

    To make the change permanent, go to User CP -> Edit Options. It's the last option.

    To get back to the default style if you clicked the above link to check it out, click this: http://icrontic.com/forum/index.php?styleid=19


    RULEZ: The light style will be our default. DO NOT post in colors that are only legible in the dark style. If you can't read colors in the dark style, I don't care.

    Also, some icons will look bad in the dark style. Again, don't care. Lastly, the dark-theme logo will look terrible in IE6. I'm not fixing it :p

    I don't guarantee the template will be properly updated, nor will I promise it will always be available. It's just something I have available right now because I had the time. :)

    SWEET, I like the new style alot, but I have always been a fan of darker themes. :cool2:

    To be honest I don't like the new theme, the blue colour is too unusual for my taste. I'll get used to it though, and I wasn't a massive fan of the original Short-Media theme but loved where it ended up after various iterations.

    /Edit Oh and the blue on my avatar doesn't go very well any more!

    wooo my work wasn't in vein at least! (well some of it anyway) I like both of them, the new one is really good though, really like the logo.

    haha tell me about it, i have had to do the same on a number of occasions...possibly one of the most tedious tasks in the world....have fun!

    I finally caught all the templates up to the current version tonight. Let me know if you see something out of place in either theme. :)
