haha, we are such geeks, but we love it. I have LAN wrote all across my calendar for the dates, w00t best road trip ever and best lan ever in 11 days, oh yea baby. And I get to meet Thrax Oh and I owe Tbonz a dinner, better not forget that.

Wugaroo has a final Friday morning so we won't be leaving until about 1PM, meaning we probably won't be getting there until some time before midnight . Unfortunately I have to jet out early Monday morning.

So directions from the south:

I-75 North
East on 696 at exit 61
Exit on number 24
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto E 11 MILE RD.
Turn LEFT onto HOOVER RD.
Turn into Deebe's

Thats mapquests way of getting there.

Norge and I wont be leaving until after 1 I think so around 5 PM we will get there.

Marc: Yeah, that sounds exactly right. The exit on 696 is called the Hoover Road exit.

You'll turn left on hoover, go north about 1 mile, and Deebe's is on the right side, right after 12 Mile Road.

It's almost here... I just wanted to say it's really nice to have an "adventure" to look forward too! It has a little bit of the roadtrip feel like back in college.

QCH2010 and I will be hitting the road around 7:00 PM leaving Chicago. We've got some stops to make so we should be getting into the MotorCity well after 1:00 AM.

Let the excitement begin...

Yep, Real quiet bunch! Than again.. most of them were asleep when I got back here at 9 am saturday. Sorry if I woke anyone up. My computer was moved sometime in the night and am now ensconced in a corner amidst a tangle of wires with an iron load bearing beam. Ideal conditions for gaming.

These guys joyfully posed for me while I took their pic, it's Ghoosdum, CrazyJoe (aka ComputerDisplacer,) CBDroege and SharkyDart. hahahaha, I woke up Sharky trying to move him over, in the dark he looked like a canvas bag (hard to see with no lights on..) he was actually just catnapping with a hoody over his head.
