omega 9700 - 9800 hack

k i'm getting ready to install the omega 3.6's.

just want to clarify a few things:

since i have an AIW 9700 pro, his integrated control panel still works w/ the default ati decoder driver right?

how do i remove the Rad OC utility from my display properties?
i got it from here http://www28.brinkster.com/chrisww1942/
after i saw that it was recommended by the [H]. i really just don't want it to interfere with anything the omega drivers do.

finally, is it still gonna run at safe temps with this level of OC w/ a stock cooler? i don't want to push it past this, but i don't have any way of monitoring the temp, and i don't want to waste a $350 card
