HJT lOG FOR REVIEW PLEASE!!!!!

This is my buddy computer, i have a file that takes up about 97 cpu when running file name ctfmon.exe, cpu will be 100% if this file is running nothing will work and the internet will hardly work, I close the file the computer works fine. But the file will reopen itself after a couple of minutes, i don't know what this file does, but it is located in the Windows/prefetch folder so i don't what to delete it since i don't know what it does. i have attached a HJT Log.
