I'm using Vista 64 bit and AVAST antivirus home edition seems to work fine for me. Havn't had any problems with it so far and its reliable, I've used that when I was using XP as well. The license is free and will be emailed to you from the AVAST website once you register.

I also use Kaspersky and Vista 64. It has false detections during the installation of the creative drivers for my X-Fi. I forget what worm type it says it thinks it is. I had to tell it to skip it a few times to get the install to finish. This was with the drivers from Creative's FTP site. I scanned it on another system using Mcafee and nothing was found.

I chose Kaspersky as it does have some 64 bit components. My goal was to have as many 64 bit components as possible.

I am also using kaspersky on vista.

I tried pc cillin as I use this at work, however Kaspersky seems superior at present.

I think your options are fairly limited, however, the new version of zone alarm is out now - the vista compatible one - that could be worth a look
