ATTN: TF 2 SERVER HAS MOVED

I am getting sick of the constant issues with the TF2 server as of late. To eliminate the idea that it is the server itself or the datacenter (Chicago DC seems to be the most "victimized" when it comes to DOS attacks, etc.), I have decided to move the TF2 server to a datacenter in NYC.

All you need to worry about is this:

208.167.243.96:27015

That's the NEW address. The 8.9.x one is no longer valid.

Moving it didn't solve the problem. I'm looking into our config file now.
