    I would love to test this thing out vs. the NH-U12P SE2 I just bought.

    From what I have read in the only current online review is that the new ND-14 runs the system at 9.5C cooler at 4.0GHz OC than the NH-U12P. That is pretty impressive, it also looks to have given Noctua the lead again for cooling.
