  Not a very good place for the case-mounted USB and buttons, since the motherboard USB cables have to cross that area.
  
  If they would have put an extra panel beneath the motherboard tray and put some decent-sized holes in both, that would have helped with cable routing quite a bit, I think.

  It looks like there are to rectangular cut outs in the motherboard tray where you could rout cables through and run them under the motherboard.
