Can I just give them the idea without knowing jack about game design, but sell my plan with good art direction? If so, sign me up!
Actually, you just may very well be able to. They're mostly after ideas, though the better you can pitch it, the better chance you have. Art direction alone may not cut it - you'll need some solid ideas or niches you'll be fulfilling.
I myself will most likely be pitching at least one, if not several ideas at them. Things I would love to do, but just don't have the funding to do. For now...
