    Why yes, yes it is. I think they are just showing off top mounted quick access to a "hot swap" bay. You could use it with any 2.5 and maybe 3.5 drive (I imagine that whole cover is removable for 3.5"). Just showing off :P

    I've never been too focused on Computer cases before (Although a gamer I've never really had enough money to buy enthusiast pieces)
