    I know this is a silly thing to hold against them, but I honestly only consider cards with a black PCB just because of the open window look I have going on in my system. I hope Sapphire considers switching at some point because their cards are top notch.

    SAPPHIRE has always been and most likely will always be blue PCB. That's their brand color.

    Its just funny, we were talking about ugly brown fans last week, amazing ugly brown fans, but it is what it is, it's part of the equation. For me that blueish/greenish PCB has always been kind of an eyesore, in certain applications its fine, but for my main rig, I just can't.

    I wish to retract my prior statement. I purchased a Sapphire 7870 with intent to cover up the PCB against my black motherboard, and much to my surprise, it actually looks pretty nice as it is. I have white LED's in my case, and it looks great off my black mobo. Yes, I'm actually admidting that I was wrong. It won't happen again!
