@Church4252 - After the absolute suck-fest that was Starfox Command on the DS, I don't think they've really been in any hurry to further demonstrate that they're pretty tapped on anything that isn't remaking old games for the 3DS.
Then again, I'm one of the folks that thought Assault was a rather awesome concept with a flawed and way-too-short execution, so what do I know.

I am not saying make a new game for the Star Fox series. At least have a HD version of both Star Fox and Star Fox 64. I would buy a Wii U for it.

When I saw this thread title, I thought it was about a female starfox. I didn't click because of it. Then, against my better judgment, I clicked anyway. Glad I did.

Man, me and my friends played the !@#$ out of Assault. Unlocked all the weapons, maps, characters, and Xevious. Compared to what is normally expected of Starfox, it was lackluster, but at least there was some aerial capability. Would have been nice if they had made some pure aerial combat maps.
I just want another quality polished on-rails shooter. It can be furries in space, or mining mutants from the center of the earth. Hell, I'll accept colored paper airplanes that fire spitwads at each other as the setting.
As long as I can pew pew and do barrel rolls, I'm game.
