Security Tool Warning. No icons Showing! HELP

Alright my problem is whenever my dad and mom enter there accounts a secruity tool warning keeps poping up saying we have x amount of virus'. . . I know its some sort of scam, but it wont allow me to delete it. Also it wont allow me to see any of the desktop icons.

I would give you a hijack this log, but it wont open for some reason
