Save The Date: Expo Icrontic 2019 is coming!

Our 16th annual gaming event in Detroit will be June 26-29.

Tickets will be on sale May 1-31. They will be priced on a flexible scale again, with a suggested price around $100. Extras and addons will be pro-rated like last year.

That's awesome man! Congrats on the progress.

Do you have any type of exercise program going?

Definitely have a plan in mind for when you've reached your weight goal, as high fat/protein diets are not great for your health in the long run. Its REALLY easy once you get there to slip back into old habits that will put you back in the same spot, and the weight definitely comes back much easier that it falls off.

A couple things that have helped me keep the lbs off while transitioning off of a strict keto diet. Intermittent fasting, Keto Cyclical diet, and a general guild line try to get your protein from less animal products. Check out those topics and let me know if you have any questions. Keep it up!

So, there is basically always a Mr. Mime in my back yard (he's creepy), so I can get as many of those as people want, I'm sure. I also see Solrock very rarely, but could likely find one or two at least before June, also Volbeats are pretty common (though not as common as the creepy Mime).
