I have gotten inquires as to if people have made the list for the Wine Tasting, waiting on @linc for the list and I will make it privy to all below when Nick and I receive notice.

We have 24 slots available, THIS IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE EVENT. We will take a waiting list, however, you must be one of the first 24 people to purchase tickets and select wine tasting to be on this list. If for some reason one of the 24 participants gives up their spot, waitlist people will be offered in order of ticket purchase the opportunity to join the event. If you accept the spot, you will then be asked to paypal/venmo/cash $35 to fill the slot.

In the meantime, @Tushon and I are hard at work masterfully curating a new wine tasting experience so we can yet again drink some lovely wines, learn something, and have a lot of fun. Oh, and yes, there will be lots of tasty food to accompany beverages

I will try my best to work around them I will be making 90% of the food items from scratch so I will be able to tell people ingredients list to avoid stomach/GI distress.

It seems like a fairly large house so I'm sure we can make it work if you guys are happy sharing a room. This is the spare room with the double bed so it seems like you could stick a cot in there. There may also be some kind of office nook that I'm not aware of but I wouldn't count on it.

The 4 bedroom was owned by the asshole who writes lies on the profile and owns like 5-6 houses in the same street according to prime. That particular place was already booked during EXPO anyways, and I'm set on my nearby Airbnb.

Basically: his listings make it seem like you're borrowing his cozy little home that he shares with his wife... but he's actually just another landlord that owns like 5 houses and uses them all for airbnb
