So I sent my worker to mine GH's Uranium. I can crank out a sub every turn and have been doing so to put a hurting on their navy. I have one Great Scientist coming next turn and then another two turns after that so that should get us pretty darn close to being able to build nukes. I can't imagine they are ahead of us in Tech, so if we get them first we should be golden. We can nuke the seas with impunity.

The photo is ubiquitous. We've all seen it. The PC gamer playing CounterStrike while duct-taped to the ceiling. It perfectly captures the feeling of those early 2000s LAN parties when PC rigs were heavy, clunky, and space was at a premium.... and when we all had endless free time and help from our parents to have these crazy get-togethers.
Now, Kotaku has done the research and caught up with the dudes behind the magic photo. Turns out it was 2002 in Mason, MI, a small town where a group of gamer friends got together to play CS.

Missouri (2) : Part 2
Hey guys!
My mother and I are going to Kansas City again!
We'll be leaving Indianapolis and arriving in KC at 9:15am (I believe that's in EDT so I'm thinking it'll be 8:15 when we land.) on Sunday, July 9th and leaving for Indy at 4:55pm on Thursday, July 13th.
I have only one thing on my personal agenda and that is to spend a day at the National WWI Museum again, seeing as I felt I wasn't able to spend a lot of time there last time. Other than that, my schedule's free, so I hope to see @winfr3y , @Koreish , and maybe @TiberiusLazarus again while I'm there.
Seeing as I have a smartphone now, expect a lot more photos, and maybe videos, than last time.
I look forward to the adventure ahead!

@GHoosdum can you maintain one sub and build some bombers? Move the sub out 2 tiles to get sight of units, bomb them, then retreat the sub back to your city? I think I have a few oil left for trade.
@Gargoyle I'll have 6 new land units in a turn or two, and I'll help kill the thing and secure the uranium fields.
