Well... he kind of turned into an evil DigiPiggy, but he rescued his companions anyway, so cosmically, I guess things are about square.

I started brainstorming this in early June and worked on it up to the point I stayed up 'til 3am the night before finishing it. There is a 3:17am Eastern edit time on the OP. I have a Google Doc I would mess with a few times a week. Exerts throughout some iterations below. I made the map with Pixlr online editor with Google Maps and PokemonGoMap.info for reference.

Pokemon Go Adventure: Epic 2018

Location: Town of GoodBridge, City of Detroll, Detrollian Region
Came up with the anagram Brooded Wig later on using WordSmith.org
Brooded = think deeply about something that makes one unhappy
Wig = a covering for the head made of real or artificial hair
Close enough to Hats

Previous tenant in house was trainer. Taking his path tells a story.

Include each stop/gym along the way.

User alt versions of Icrontic trainers
(Players that participated in pre-gaming and also purchased a ticket for Expo)

(The old west was inspiration when creating many of the alts. Probably due to the way the map turned out.)

@Cola = Sarsaparilla (Soft Drinks, Whiskey and Deep Voice)
@PrimeSuspect = MostWanted (the leader of this group of bandits)
@Massaline = Laz the Meaney (Not creative but I smirked when I thought of it. Then had to figure out how to make her not mean)
@Lynx = Coyote (four legged sneaky creatures, Tall, "fineries" referencing knowledge of Bourbons and Beers) (All my spellchecks do not like "fineries" but dictionary.com says Yes)
@Church = Mission (both places for religious gatherings, Change Ministries reference unrelated but a fun story)
@Drasnor = Ronsard the Wizard (Name Backwards, travels space)
@Malia and @RyanFodder = Ralia & Myan, It's a stretch but Docc came from Fodd.
@CrazyJoe = Mental Jon (Synonyms, Gas)
@QCH = WTF (Just initials, Peaceful, Could totes pull off a monk)
@Gnomequeen = Jack the Troll (Jackie the Gnome) He was the first paid female librarian - Hint that reference was to a girl.
@Gargoyle = Snoop the Lion - A Stone(d) Lion. Stardust is to Pokémon trainer as Weed is to Snoop Dog. Travels and trading rare Pokémon referencing Garg trading a Mr. Mime he caught in Rome to me, filling the final spot in my Generation 1 Pokédex.

Not mentioned specifically but referenced - Linc as ICHQ Detroit Gym owner and MostWanted's life partner.

Gym is at Garden across from Woodbridge Pub. ICHQ and Woodbridge Pub are the only two non Gym/PokeStop landmarks on map.

I hope this added a little fun to the walk. Since traveling to a location to play would have eaten into play time, I figured some lore for the event would help add to it.
