Raid Summary 11/08 - 11/09 2015
Heroic Gorefiend down!
Congrats on more progression, IC! Not only did we down a new heroic boss last night, we did it in three easy steps. It was strangely struggle-free, and we moved right onwards to Iskar.
Turns out, it's a long way down. After several attempts on heroic Iskar, we made excellent progress, nailing the first two phases after several attempts and getting him down to the low 20% range but time worked against us and we ran out of it.
Iskar is doomed. We'll get him next week!

Played an hour and a half.
Spent half an hour in character creation, engine is beautiful don't want to hide people's faces with helmets anymore.
Vault scene (With 1950s era intro like in the trailer) Made me genuinely happy and then very sad, for those who watched the trailer entering into the new world knowing what is gone is an experience. Put down the controller for a few minutes to consider everything.
I think this game is going to be game of the year, if not decade.

Good news - I allied with and got oil from Tyre! Now I can build up to three fighters to protect from the aerial raids I'm starting to feel the pain from. If we're lucky, Tyre will scuffle with the Dickbots, now.
If anyone else is rigging elections in Tyre, plx stahp, because if I lose that oil I'll be super sad.
Unfortunately, I can't trade oil from a city-state, but I am working on taking the oil from Satsuma to the north of me that I will be able to trade. It'll be awhile before I can take it, improve it, and hold it, though.
