Right away I can see a nasty little adware program. I have seen it before, ConstraSurf funnels a bunch of adds to your browsers and basically makes browsing the internet in peace impossible. I'm leaving a link to a full removal guide.

According to that HJT log, it appears you've got a browser hijacker. I'd highly suggest running through the steps found here.

I have a set of instructions here that are generically appropriate, since you appear to have Vista from the NT version number. Follow each step precisely and post back if you continue to experience issues.

And I have a key for Chaos on Deponia but Steam keeps borking when I try to activate so it might be valid or it might not be, honestly can't tell.

Red Faction Guerrilla
This is the last real Red Faction as the one after this is a linear FPS. Beware this game is glitchy.

I'm just going to throw out an Intel suggestion. With a little shopping around you could get this right at $300. Maybe an alternative motherboard, but similar. I liked ASrock when I had it, and I think it is cheaper than gigglebyte.
