@Signal the temperature you ferment at really depends on the beer. Basically only if you're trying to get some belgian yeast flavors is it important/desirable to have the higher temperature.

Just watched They Bleed Pixels. I love when they have the game's devs on while they do the speedrun. So fun to listen to them talk about their design ideas while someone sits there and breaks everything.

Last night we did what I call The Two James Challenge: 2 cocktails at Two James Distillery, walk to Mercury Bar down the block for a burger & beer (and/or a booze shake), then back to Two James for a nightcap.
High fives to @UPSLynx, @Obsidian, @AlexDeGruven, @UPSKingpin and @cola for participating in my favorite weekend activity.
The highlight at Two James, for me, was the Dashi Back (pictured at my place above): A shot of hot ramen broth from Johnny Noodle King and a shot of Two James' Johnny Smoking Gun whiskey. The flavors were amazing.

Testing the waters of home brewing with loaned hardware. Bought an extract kit: Bavarian Hefewienzen It's been fermenting since Friday. This is fun. Sadly the heavenly malt smell that filled my house is completely gone now.

Raid Summary 01/04/2015
Raid summaries are back!
We made some frankly incredible progress tonight; we have heroic Kargath on farm, so we decided to keep trying through on heroic; we downed Butcher and Brackenspore on heroic as well. We made some progress on the Twins as well and we'll continue tomorrow on Normal.
Heals were fantastic tonight, and tanking was spot on. We have many DPS over 20K now. With a little more gear and some locking down of mechanics, there's no reason we can't go heroic all the way.
