Got bored and decided to experiment today:
- Cider
- Light Belgian Candi Syrup
- White Labs WLP644 (Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois)
Now, for those who aren't familiar with the various yeast strains, this is a Belgian strain that should produce a much more tart/sour cider than normal. If you were around for @RyanMM's Flemish Sour beer tasting a couple years ago, this should produce results similar to some of those...hopefully some of the better tasting ones.

It's basically just drink it and try not to react to it. You basically can't. @primesuspect and I, after years of searching, finally had a shot at Green Dot a couple years ago and it was epic/terrible. We have a fantastic set of pictures from that night as we drank it, but I can't seem to find them :/
