[2] I want normal gear, dammit.

[4] Split raiding days (ie, Heroic Sunday, Archimondays, etc)

    A combo of 1 and 4:

    I feel like farming mannoroth and archimonde will help people gear a bit more and then we can jam down heroic like we did today.

    Basically, a repeat of what we did today, for at least the next couple of weeks.

    I personally still really want a couple drops from normal (remaining tier pieces and Xhul'horac has a BIG upgrade for me and we'll probably be awhile before we get to him on Heroic) but I'll resign to trying to farm pugs for those when I'm able.
