July 19 Hotfixes

Anyone else see an issue with these hotfixes? Like maybe they are from 2 years ago?
Who gives a crap about "Level 90 boost" being fixed? You can't even buy a Level 90 boost, it's 100 now.
Also, what gives with June 19 as the date.

    I think that first bit was just a mis-paste over an old template?

    The Yogg tentacles thing was definitely an issue. I was reading on reddit that yesterday it was impossible to solo Ulduar because of it... And in a hilarious note, the tentacles would keep attacking you everywhere you went after the raid.
