FS: Unlocked Sony Xperia Z3 (T-mo/AT&T)

I'm upgrading and have a perfectly functional, still water-resistant, scratch-free black Sony Xperia Z3 for sale. It has been fully unlocked by the carrier,
On Swappa they're going for $170. I'll let to go to an Icrontian for $125.

There is only one very minor problem: a small what I would describe as "chemical stain" on the camera lens glass. It is user-replaceable if you're handy but I never bothered. It still takes great photos, but they're just slightly blurrier than they could be without the haze on the glass. I have absolutely no idea how it got there but nothing else is affected.

This is a T-Mobile phone but it will work on AT&T as well.
