Top 10 teams points/week/active person.

I was fiddling around at the EOF stats and got to wondering what the average points/week per active team member the top 10 are turning out. Here is what I found:

1. [H]ardOCP - 666.1 points/week per active member
2. Overclockers Australia - 745.4 points/week per active member
3. Overclockers.com - 736.5 points/week per active member
4. Alliance Francophone - 323.8 points/week per active member
5. 2CPU.com Folding@Home - 1811.3 points/week per active member
6. Team Rage3D - 533.8 points/week per active member
7. Maximum PC Magazine - 303.5 points/week per active member
8. ARS Technica Team Egg Roll - 553.2 points/week per active member
9. Team Short-Media - 807.2 points/week per active member
10. Amdmb.com FoldingTeam - 732.4 points/week per active member

What's all that mean? Not too much, I was just kind of curious. It does show that 2CPU must have some really big-time folders though, with their production rate per active member and that we are the second highest producer per active member in the top 10. :canflag: :sweflag: :usflag: :ukflag: :vimp:

    well the point of 2CPU.com is people folding with dually's (or at least thats what i thought) so i mean it makes sense. most dual machines are pretty big folders

    (Not that I believe this, but how many people hate [H]? It's like all the "Bill Gates" is satan stuff.)

    I had looked at that before too muddock. On the surface it would appear to be the case but the stats are definitely skewed in the case of 2cpu.com. They have one member carrying nearly half the production of the whole team. Take him out of the picture and it is a much closer contest. Taking the stats from arachnid's site (EOC updating yet again) here's what I come up with:

    Points Last Week Active Members Pts Per Member
    Short Media 187,533 239 785
    2CPU.com 318,364 180 1769

    Take away the leading points producer for 2cpu.com (OC-AMD with 124,410 points last week) and it comes out as 1084 points per member for 2cpu.com (193,354 points divided by 179 members).

    Agreed. On our team, I am currently in 30th place. In their lineup of "heavy hitters" I would be 34th. By comparison, at [H] I would be 83rd.
