I resubbed to WoW a few months ago after not really playing since MoP. I'm currently on a server that I don't know anybody on and am curious if the Icrontic guild is active still on Thrall?

Yep, there's still a guild. Still on Thrall. Active? Not raiding but there is still a core cadre of people playing M+ and milling around waiting for Shadowlands to drop. Pop in to the Icrontic WoW discord channel to say hi and get acquainted with the current roster
