HEY Email

I know a few of us have been talking about it; @Linc and I both replaced our 16-year-old Gmail accounts with new Hey email accounts. Now that I've fully transitioned to it for a few weeks, I'm wondering how those of you who have switched are liking it?

I am very chuffed to default block new senders until you screen them, as well as the paper trail & feed features to separate those emails. I truly felt like I couldn't unsubscribe as fast as folks we putting me on bullshit emails lists ("Support our campaign for the 10th district in Wyoming!") and it was making email the absolute worst. Now I come back after a day and have like 1 email. It's amazing.
Hey looks cool, but I'm not sure I can justify the $99/yr annual cost.
I'm fascinated because my gmail is out of hand. Not kidding, I literally have over 5K unread items in my inbox because I just quit trying to keep it organized. I'm going to check this out.
