Replacing SSD on NUC

My wife runs a NUC (i7 10th gen) and the SSD is throwing up S.M.A.R.T errors on boot.
But of course everything runs properly. Running diagnostics just tells you that everything else is fine and to replace the drive.
I have the drive backed up to a Seagate external.
Getting a new drive isn't an issue. This would be a good fit https://www.newegg.com/intel-1tb-670p-series/p/N82E16820167474?Item=N82E16820167474
The real issue is how to rebuild the drive? I only have one one M.2 port, when I install the new drive I will only be able to boot into BIOS.
How do re-build from my external Seagate?
