I'm about to hit 1K soon, and I was wondering if there was any other way to get more work done. My specs are included in my sig.

You have a nice fast system but theres a number of things you can do to optimize that system. Update your chipset drivers. Remove useless startup programs. Fix your swap drive to a specific size. Disable sounds. Use classic desktop and turn off the eye candy, shadows, animations etc. Use 16 bit resolution rather than 32 bit. Disable non-esessential services (Careful with that one)

In BIOS, Disable SMART monitoring (Although with your RAID I might keep it enabled) Disable unused ports such as Serial or Parallel. Specify 4 USB rather than 8. Disable Advanced Power Management.

ideally with F@H4 I set it to run as a service. I set the -advmethods -forcesse parameters and that is it.

    Q: Would -forceasm do much?

    No -forcesse overrides -forceasm.
