I am trying to make my new 64 Bit OS look "better"... can I not do this? I haen't really messed with XP too much, always been in 2000 Pro. But right now I cannot seem to get a Theme installed :(

You could use StyleXP or UxTheme.dll patcher but the thing is that I don't think there is any version for 64bit version.
