Barton 2500+ or mobile 2500+

A friend of mine wants me to build him a new pc (i shouldve known better than to agree).
He wants a decent chip with overclocking potential, so i've narrowed it down to the 2500+ Barton or Mobile, although from what i understand they are pretty much the same chip.

First question, which would be better? I am tempted by the Mobile as it gives a better OC voltage potential, although its slightly more expensive.

Second question, does anyone know a company in the UK doing a good deal on 2500+ Athlon-m's? My normal port-of-call, overclockers.co.uk, are sold out at the moment :shakehead

Third question, coupled with an Abit NF7-S and some ddr400 ram, is it unreasonable to expect 2.4ghz+ from either cpu? I dont think so, but I wanna give him a straight answer.

I like the mobile for the simple fact that if you don't overclock you are operating at a much lower voltage ...if you do overclock you have the advantage of higher clocks.
Put my vote in for the mobile 2500+.

The XP-M 2500+ is MUCH more likely to hit 2.4ghz than the regular 2500+.

Newspost: Techreport hit 2.4ghz with a STOCK AMD heatsink

2500mobile all the way. It's unlocked and who isn't getting atleast 2400mghz out of it with a halfway decent mobo and air cooling?

Looks to me the true barior for these 2500m's are 2500mghz to 2700mghz.
