No UT.

I'm having trouble with UT since my new Mobo and graphics upgrade. I can get it running but with no game pad only keyboard control, which isn't how I play it. I reinstall the game pad drivers (saitek p3000) and check it's working in its control panel then start UT. It crashes to the desk top with the error below. Can anybody unravel this error and give me a clue as to what's happening?

Just ran it again but in its safe mode. It ran ok, no sound and low res but with game pad control. I changed the res to 1024 768 an it still ran ok.

OK, went into direct 3d settings and reset to defaults. Everything works. I don't know why they wern't at default, I hadn't changed them.

I had a haunted computer once. Tough to deal with. A dip in holywater would do it, but that would also permanantly disable most computer functions.

I finally ended up making a sign that said:

NO GHOSTS/DAEMONS ALLOWED

I hung that inside the case, and my problem was solved.
