NF7-S Raid Question

I set up my raid-1 array using 2 80gb wd se. Windows installed fine and on the third or so boot it gives me an "Incomplete raid array!" message and says to enter the sata bios. If I wait a second or two, it continues loading into windows fine. I've looked all around and some people have said their problem was fixed by replacing the cmos batter, tightening the prongs on their molex connectors, or using a different bios and/or sata driver. I'm wondering if anyone has come across this, and how can I verify through windows that both drives are working properly.

You should have got a diagnostics cd with your drives, try running the diagnostic on both drives.

And if you got them OEM or you threw away the disks, you can go to your drive manufacturer's website and download their diagnostic tool.

I ran the WD quick test on my Raid 1 Set and it passed, does that mean that both drives are working properly?
