It is more than likely however it will not contain the very latest drivers. You can get the very latest drivers from the SM-Downloads section. They are the 3x12 [v1.0.0.47] (Edited 26/03/04) SATA Raid drivers. You can download them and create your own, more uptodate version of the floppy by just extracting the contents of the downloaded .zip file directly to a freshly formatted disk.
Also, don't forget to flash your motherboard BIOS with the latest and greatest before doing anything. Attached is the latest BIOS available for that board with the latest SATA controller BIOS built in to boot (if you pardon the pun).
