I've been getting inundated with this protein. Are they on to something with this protein or what? Has everyone else been getting this too?

I have gotten what I think are too many, also. But, KingFish is actually doing ok, he is at position 100 and moving up. I was there last night, briefly (dang it, for a few hours I was in the top 100, give me two days and will be BACK there, it looks like), will follow behind him a lot slower at 1200-1400 points per week for about a month.

Keep :smokin: on, Kingfish. Congrats on a good job, even on Villen-related Protiens, which are a PITA to process. Yes, they are trying to break the Avian Cancer\Flu thing (cancer in birds, major flu in humans), preferably in time for the next major vaccine release (circa mid-November to early December). That is why these puppies are a priority. Second, birds are close enough to humans in the ways cancer spreads to be able possibly to give folks better driection for other cancers. So, yeah, they are both "ONTO something" and working to try and beat a clock (flu vaccine release time frame needs actually to have 2-3 months of production also, to gather enough vaccine for the nation). I know this project is not a vpf per se, it is a developed project from some of that work studying human implications.

One of my 2.3GHz Athlons is crunching away at one. the 2.5GHz Athlon is chewing on something else. As for the other systems . . . I don't see what they're working on ATM.

Thanks John. I saw that I bumped you out of the front page and was wondering if you noticed that. I have Al_Capown solidly in my sights now. I need to visit the F@H forums to see any news on this protein. I'd like to see more stuff written there in plain language so the lower half of the IQ gene pool like myself can understand it.

I like the low 800s and the mid 800s. The ones worth 32 points. They freakin smoke. Less than 4 min a frame on the faster rigs. The 33 pointers are way slower.

Edit: I just looked and I have 2 p858s, the 160 pointers. EM3 says they are 32 points which scared me cause my 2.53 Barton was going to take 36 hours to do it.
