low volume for VOICE for videos with AC3

how do i fix the low voice problem with AC3, the surround and everything else volume is high, and i keep on turn up the vollume , the voice volume is still low, bearly can hear the people talk in it.

    Are you listening to AC3 you've surround downmixed? What AC3 codec are you using?

    it's a video file i downloaded that uses AC3, and i'm using AC3 filter V0.70B.

    Ah. AC3 Filter is actually a terrible codec.

    I suggest a copy of Odio Dekoda from Moonlight-Elecard.

    been there, the link on that page takes u to their offical site, and then the piece of codec is nowhere to be find.
