How to be a leet DJ?

Me and a bunch of kids at my school do this chat kind of thing on the weekdays just for ****s and giggles. I thought it'd be cool if we could have some DJ'ing going along with it, then I realized I kick ass at music taste 
. However I haven't got the slightest clue how to set it up.
Is there any free way to do this? Could I use one of my pc's i've got here as the server? Any help is appreciated.
