MSI vs Asus and dual channel
as most people have seen my infiltrator it has a MSI NEO2-PFS mobo in it with a p4 2.4 and 256 mb of ram, this system isnt as powerful as my main rig, ( asus p4p800, p4 2.4 512 mb of ram ) i wanted to know if the speed difference is in the +256mb of ram, and also how can i check to make sure that dual channel DDR is working on the MSI board? i though i could tell my the ram slots dimm1 and 2 are a greenish color and 3,4 are a different, on my asus the 1` and 3 are blue and 2 and 4 are black to tell them apart, how can i make sure that its gettin the full dual channle?
