Japan Sees Broadband Users Tripling by 2007

A government report in Japan last Friday predicted that the once internet deficient country will, by 2007, be the world's most online nation. They come to this conclusion because of the recent low cost fees associated with high speed internet services, which as a result has sparked massive demand from the population.
