Pack the car, buy the airline ticket, or get a new pair of walking shoes. Just do whatever it takes to be at QuakeCon 2004. The 9th annual QuakeCon video game festival and tournament storms into town August 12-15 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, U.S.A.

    Whoa! My classes don't start until the 23rd! I could so totally go... if I had the money... I wonder if I could afford to go. Well, if I can, I may be joining you. :)

    Bawls is like a religious icon at quake con, i dont know if you guys know what that is but its a energy drink, and addicting as hell. The people would get on the microphone and be like "FIRST PERSON TO GET UP HERE GETS A FREE BAWLS" ... 200 people would run up there. Everyone would buy a pack of 20 :P for 20 bucks each. Which is half the price of retail stores. If you ran out and just wanted one, just walk around and ask someone for a bawls :D or pay someone a buck.
