svcd audio off sync

I'm burning svcds using Nero 6, but the audio is out of sync on all of them. Any way to fix this?

    what program did u use to rip the dvd and create the svcd?

    I cut the file into three smaller "clips" using ulead video studio 7 and burned them with nero 6.
