Cooling Chips with Electrical Storms?

Researchers at Purdue University said Thursday that they have come up with a way to cool computer chips by using the power of electrical storms.

    This has got to be a long way off, seems like blowing a hole through a chip wouldnt help the processing power much.

    Heh yeah I didnt read the whole article about the ASCII card. If I would have seen the $500 pricetag I wouldnt have posted it, at least not seriously.
