Home page keeps changing!

I've always used msn.com for my home page. The other day I must have downloaded the wrong file with a virus in it, because now my home page keeps changing to:
res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776
I've gone into Internet Options and reset the default home page several (10 or so) times, Internet Explorer keeps having to close (as many as 3 times in 5 minutes when I'm only on the desktop), and Spybot and Norton SystemWorks can't seem to find the problem either.
I even deleted the cookies files.
The page has a microsoft windows logo on it, but I don't think it is actually a microsoft page. It doesn't automatically kick me to any porn sites, which is a surprise.
So how can I get rid of whatever this is? I want www.msn.com as my ONLY home page.
I've had these problems before, but this one isn't letting itself be fixed this time.
