ATI Catalyst, 64 Bit Version Soon?

It has been reported that a 64-Bit Catalyst driver could be just around the corner. Currently there is a leaked version doing the rounds but I suspect most people would be much happier with an official release.
Source: AMDZoneATI has released new Catalyst drivers version 4.4 with a number of fixes for games. On a side note I have heard that a 64 bit version could be available as soon as the end of the month!
