For a program that will animate your desktop image. I know back in the days of 98SE there was one but I forget what it was called, and I only saw it once on some tech guys' Laptop. Does anyone have any ideas?!

    I believe you can place animated gifs right on the desktop.
    One of my friends did that once, too many kills performance though.
