What modded bios should I try?

I think I will try out a modded bios. (I have never tried one before)
/me rubs hands in excitement

What bios should I try?
I have two in mind.
EQuitos or TicTac's

What are the difference between the two modded bios?
What can these two do that the normal bios cannot do?
Are there any issues with either bios?
Will I run into trouble? (you guys can't answer that question I guess)
Will I be able to maintain my high OC?
How about the ablity to flash back to an earlier bios, if I am not satisfied or it goes awry?

A lot of questions I know, but I am a n00b when it comes to modded bios fies.

I assume you're reffering to an NF7-S BIOS?

I know EQ's has a diffrent SATA BIOS, dunno about the other one.

if it does go bad and you don't reboot you can reflash back to the old bois but on the other hand if it BSOD's then bios in shot and has to be replaced it.

Yes it is an NF7-S rev 2.0 bios.
That should clear things up.
Does anyone know what modifications TicTac has made to the bios?
I am sorry if I am repeating myself, but I haven't been able to find such information anywhere.

I don't know anything about TicTac's mod or work but have been running EQuito's SATA upgraded bios 19 since he did it and it's been working flawlessly. As a matter of fact I don't feel the need to move on to any of the newer versions at all. EQ does good work on both bios mods and bridge mods.
