Getting frustrated...

I've been having some problems with trojans lately. I just got rid off a trojan downloader. Everything seemed to be fine, but my homepage keeps changing, pages won't display, and my connection is very slow at times. I would appreciate if someone could help me with this log:

    Get rid of those to start. There are others in there that can be removed for performance reasons, but we'll start with the truly bad ones.

    These two look suspicious, but they also might be for your internet connection:
