Welcome to Short-Media, you have come to the right place :)

    To start in Safe Mode:

reboot your computer, and then start tapping the F8 key. You should get a boot menu from Windows giving you several options. Choose the one that says "Safe Mode" without any other options given.

Then run HJT again. Fix the following items:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.bluewin.ch

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.bluewin.ch/index_f.html

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.bluewin.ch

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redi...er=6&ar=msnhome

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redi...=ie&ar=iesearch

Also, this one looks highly suspicious:
    C:\PROGRA~1\warn mfcd wait\Mix more vc.exe

If you do not remember installing software with that name, I'd delete the entry from HTJ, and manually delete the folder and from your Program Files folder.

Reboot normally, launch a browser window and check. Run another HJT scan as well.

If this worked, come back and tell us.

If it did not work, come back and post a fresh HJT log for further analysis.

    Cheers,

    Dexter...

    C:\Program Files\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\SpySweeper.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpySweeper] C:\Program Files\Webroot\Spy Sweeper\SpySweeper.exe /0
    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/3073fe5f86466d...RdxIE601_fr.cab

The Spy Sweeper entry is legit:

    http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10267571.html?tag=lst-0-1

Assuming you downloaded Spy Sweeper at some point. If you never downloaded it, you may want to delete it.

You can also speed up your startup a bit by removing:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroCheck] C:\WINDOWS\System32\NeroCheck.exe

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsnMsgr] "C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\MsnMsgr.Exe" /background

Your system will start up faster.
