Any one suggest possible timing settings ?

XpertVision Radeon 9800XT 256Mb
1.00 GB Crosair Value Select DDR 3200 Dual Mode (2x512 sticks)

I was told that Nforce2 chipsets ran optimally with mem @ 2,2,2,11 timings. I'm using the other "a7n8x" board, but I don't think that it would be much different. These guys know a lot more than I do, so I'll best let them do their job :D

edit:// This is where I started.

You should set the "cycle time" to 11 and try seeing if you can set the "CAS" to 2 and the ras to 2. The "CAS" will be iffy and I am quite certain you won't be able to set the "RAS to CAS" to 2 and be able to boot. That is the limitation of the less expensive memory and can only be changed by going to different sticks.

You should be able to use 2.0-3-3-11, that's pretty good.
2.0-2-2-11 is "reserved" for the more expensive memory as mtgoat said.

If you cannot boot with the new settings change the Vdimm to 2.8V, that should do the trick.
